Threadhopping: Naturally! Kondo loves running his mouth, and he definitely won't scold anyone for jumping in.
Fourthwalling: I doubt anyone aside from cast mates could fourth wall Kondo. However, Gintama is ALL about fourth walling. Everything is fair.
So, leave me a comment here to let me know what's okay for your character and what isn't. I'll tread carefully. If you believe I'm getting too close to the meat of your wall and you feel uncomfortable, please PM me and I'll back off your grill, no harm done. I don't intend to do so purposely at all, so <3
Offensive Shit: I'm honestly more worried about offending someone rather than anyone offending me. Please call him Gorilla at every opportunity. Kondo will act like a bit of a shit and yell a bit but he'll get over it really easily.

Hugging this dickhole: Yes.
Kissing this dumbshit: Yeppers. Have fun with that.
Flirting with him: Damn skippy yes. Allow him to be conflicted about his feelings for his 'betrothed' and tu.
Injuring this character: I'm begging you, yes. Please. He needs it, he deserves it, and he can take it. Just don't cut anything vital off...I don't think it'll grow back by next week's episode.
Killing this character: Drop me a line about it first and we can talk it out. I've killed him once and it wasn't very....serious (as expected) so you might not always geeeeet what you waaant.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this guy: Good news, everyone! Except it's bad news. Kondo is actually incredibly easy to work out. Mentally. It will be like pissing in the shower, gleaming his thoughts and inner goril-...demons. Most will be inappropriate, weird, and down right superstitious. But others will be so heart warming that your teeth rot. Have at him, there's nothing off limits. Especially Otae-san, which is a curse.
